Return Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We are happy to provide an exchange or refund on any item you purchase from us if it does not meet your needs or expectations. Please provide a copy of your receipt for refunds or exchanges.
When you return an item you’ve decided not to keep, you will be refunded your cost of the item. However, if the item is defective upon receipt, you will be refunded the cost of the item plus shipping.
Return Procedures
Ship your item with a copy of your receipt and a note that includes:
- Your name, address and phone number
- Why you are returning the item
- If you’re requesting an exchange, what item you would like us to send
- If you’re requesting a refund, your credit card number (these are not retained in our system, you need to provide it with your return).

If you do not have a copy of your receipt, please contact us by e-mail or by phone and we will attempt to locate the purchase information for you. If it cannot be located, we will not be able to issue a cash refund, but we will work with you to provide an exchange.
We strongly recommend you send your return in a manner which is traceable, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit to us.
Shipping
We will ship all in-stock items within 48 hours of receiving your order. If we are unable to ship within this time frame, you will be notified and given the option of canceling your order.
Shipping rates are as follows:

$1 - $25 = $4.95
$25.01 - $50 = 7.95
$50.01 - $75 = 8.95
$75.01 - $125 = 10.95
Over $125 = $12.95
Second Day Air: Add $10 to base shipping rate
Next Day Air: Add $20 to base shipping rate
